- Designed and implemented a configurable approval workflow platform using Temporal and PostgreSQL, enabling business teams to define and modify multi-level approval processes without application code changes. Built fault-tolerant workflow orchestration, approval state management, and audit logging capabilities, successfully handling over 60,000+ workflow executions across Legal, Expense, Procurement, and Workforce Management domains. Tech: Python, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Redis.
- Contributed to a zero-downtime migration of 5TB+ of production object storage from AWS S3/GCS to Tencent COS. Developed storage abstraction layers, implemented dual-write migration strategies, and updated CDN delivery flows with fallback mechanisms to ensure seamless production cutover. Tech: Golang, AWS S3, Tencent COS, CDN.
- Led the delivery and operation of backend services for Skill Academy across Homepage, Search, Catalog, Payment, and LMS domains. Responsible for system design, implementation, load testing, capacity planning, deployment, autoscaling configuration profile (CPU, RAM, HPA, Replica), and production operations for a platform serving more than 1 million users. Tech: Golang, MySQL, Redis, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Vegeta, PMM, Grafana.
- Designed and implemented version-based optimistic locking for a high-traffic gamification platform shared across Skill Academy, Ruangkerja, and Ruangbelajar. Eliminated duplicate reward transactions caused by concurrent updates across a 10+ replica microservice deployment while maintaining high throughput through non-blocking conflict detection and retry-based resolution. Tech: Golang, GORM, MySQL.
- Designed and implemented a search feeder revamp for Skill Academy by redesigning Elasticsearch indexing workflows, replacing worker-intensive Elasticsearch upsert workflows with scheduled indexing pipelines, and deprecating legacy worker-discovery services. Reduced search infrastructure costs from tens of millions of rupiah per month to less than IDR 200,000 per month. Tech: Golang, Elasticsearch, Jenkins.
- Optimized CI/CD pipelines by implementing artifact-based deployment strategies using Google Cloud Storage (GCS). Eliminated Jenkins build overhead by distributing pre-built binaries, reducing deployment execution time from 3–5 minutes to under 10 seconds. Tech: Jenkins, Golang, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), Docker.
- Developed a shared gRPC middleware framework for centralized RBAC enforcement across microservices. Built reusable authorization libraries and tenant-aware access validation to standardize permission checks and reduce duplicated authorization logic across backend services. Tech: Golang, gRPC, RBAC, Middleware, Microservices.
- Designed and implemented a configurable formula engine that enables dynamic business rule evaluation using spreadsheet-like syntax. Researched AST-based evaluation approaches and built configurable function registries and sandboxed execution models to support reusable calculations across Payroll, Procurement, Legal, and Expense platforms. Tech: Python, Typescript, AST, Formula Engine, asteval, SandboxJS.

Developed a full-stack RFID-based attendance system for Masterprima to enable accurate, real-time employee tracking and streamlined workflows. The system supports multiple attendance statuses (present, absent, permission, sick) and integrates RFID scanning with custom input handling for automated check-in/check-out. Built using Next.js, Prisma, and Tailwind CSS, it also provides exportable attendance reports. Additionally, I set up the production infrastructure using Docker, Traefik, Prometheus, Grafana, and implemented CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, ensuring scalability, observability, and reliable deployments.
